We are a personal property shopper passionate about our responsibility to guide buyers through the property-buying process and act in their exclusive interests.
HELENA GALLARDO
CEO AND HEAD OF THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT AT NEXITUM
Helena has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in New Technologies and Internet Law from UIA. She has worked in the property sector for 17 years, although she first entered it almost by chance. The complexity of each case, each requirement, each search and negotiation process, and the satisfaction after handing over each set of keys, captivated her.
This passion led her to undergo further training and specialise in Commonhold Property, Property Law and Urban Leasing, and to become a member of the National Association of Realtors.
After numerous years in managerial roles at large property firms, Helena decided to develop her own project, based on her own vision and values, in which the needs of each client and the defence of their interests would be paramount. And so Nexitum was born. “Buying a property is possibly the biggest investment a person will make in their life, and it therefore deserves maximum rigour and security.
JORDI CLOTET
CEO AND HEAD OF SALES AT NEXITUM
With over 25 years of experience in the property sector, Jordi has been involved in more than 6,000 transactions and has managed sales teams at some of the industry’s leading firms. His technical vision as a legal expert complements his expertise as a skilled negotiator.
Jordi’s greatest asset is his ability to put himself in the buyer’s shoes and empathise with their problems and concerns, whether they’re a private buyer or an investor. He is then able to provide an optimum solution.
